Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management, with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more sales departments with merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing and customer service.
• Meet or exceed all financial plans as set by Bass Pro Shops.
• Open and close the store and obtain manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Staff departments with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and selection, training, and performance appraisals.
• Maintain planograms as directed by corporate; coach and motivate associates for a productive team environment.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by analyzing needs and making product recommendations.
