Job summary

United Pacific seeks a Manager-In-Training for a full-time role in Washington. You will work under the Store Manager to learn daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The program includes on-the-job training and advancement toward a Store Manager role.

Qualifications include 5+ years in a supervisory retail/fast food setting, ability to coach and develop others, and a valid driver's license. Willingness to work varied shifts and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team for career progression.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct and supervise daily store operations under Store Manager supervision.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to MITs and team members.
• Foster a pleasant, customer-focused environment aligned with United Pacific policies.
