Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Manager-In-Training in Silverdale, WA for a full-time position with benefits. The MIT will complete a training program under supervision and learn to manage daily operations of the store, guiding staff and delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies.

The role provides on-the-job training, a pathway to Store Manager, and a benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and a 90-day performance-based increase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Supervisor, lead or assistant manager in a retail or fast food environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop your team and help them advance in their career.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid and infraction-free Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must provide work authorization in the United States if hired.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including overnight shifts and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours; lift up to 20 pounds; push/pull up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage, direct and supervise daily store operations under supervision of Store Manager.
• Maintain a pleasant environment for customers and team members according to United Pacific goals and policies.
• Receive on-the-job training from Store Manager and/or District Manager before transitioning into Store Manager role.
