As Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, manage staff schedules, and ensure high-quality customer service. You will also develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

You will work closely with your team in a bustling retail environment in Nashville, TN. The store is part of a larger network of Venture Premier Inc. locations across the country.

The annual salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $46,145. This compensation package is designed to reflect the responsibilities and qualifications required for the role.
