Majors Management, Nashville, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, drive profitability, manage inventory levels, recruit and hire talent, and provide a superior guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including one weekend per month. A High School diploma or GED is required, and the position is onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR.
• Hours flexible: evenings/weekends/holidays; at least 50 hours per week; on-call 24/7.

• Drive store profitability

• Actively manage P&L and inventory byidentifyingstore and category sales trends

• Forecast and analyze business trends and functionality within payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses

• Implement action plans to generate and driveadditionalsales opportunities

• Create an organized and process-oriented environment

• Communicate companyobjectivesas necessary

• Create a culture of people-first, superior guest service

• Set clear expectations for team members, track results, and manage performance for continuous improvement

• Schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand and deliver a superior experience whilemaintaininglabor controls

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience

• Must have validdriver'slicense and MVR

• Availability to be on call 24/7
