Buckle in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Management Trainee to support our mission of delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and routine store operations while working with the Store Manager to develop leadership and team skills to advance to Store Manager.

As a Trainee you will train Teammates, participate in recruiting, coaching, and scheduling, and stand in for the Store Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant retail leadership exposure is a plus.
• Experience in sales and guest service is desirable.
• Ability to lead Teammates and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle’s mission by delivering exceptional guest service.
• Assist in training and motivating Teammates and in Manager absence.
• Lead sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.
• Support recruiting and interviewing with Store Manager.
• Maintain store standards, inventory, and visual displays.
