Buckle in Humble, TX is seeking a Management Trainee to learn and perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks under store management. You will develop leadership and recruiting skills to progress toward Store Manager, while training teammates and supporting store leadership.

Responsibilities include driving guest service, coaching teammates, and handling store operations with a focus on loss prevention and consistent presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with strong customer service skills preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teammates in a store setting.

Responsibilities
