Buckle in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily store operations and customer service. This role works closely with the Store Manager to develop sales, merchandising and leadership skills, with the goal of advancing to Store Manager.

Responsibilities include training teammates, leading by example in guest service, and maintaining Buckle’s standards. The program tasks require flexible scheduling, including peak shopping periods, and a commitment to company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
• 1–3 months related retail experience/training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales, recruiting and leadership skills with Store Manager.
• Train and motivate Teammates; act as Store Manager in absence.
• Maintain store standards and adhere to Buckle policies and procedures.

Education
