Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Management Trainee in Gilbert, AZ to drive guest service, merchandising and store operations. This role partners with the Store Manager to develop sales and leadership skills and may step in as Store Manager in their absence.

You will train Teammates, lead by example, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused shopping experience. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or retail experience, a passion for teamwork, and a readiness to manage daily store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field is preferred.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager with coaching, interviewing and onboarding.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in relevant field
