Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, client-centric environment.

The ideal candidate has management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced retail setting. This position offers full-time hours with evenings and weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in operations and achieve personal sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help to maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week.
