Job summary

Sun Tan City is looking for motivated leaders to join our management team. The Salon Director in Training helps drive store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and supervise tanning consultants to reach company goals.

You will lead by example, coach staff, maintain a clean salon, and manage scheduling and inventory while supporting revenue growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations and maintain a client-centric environment.
• Lead by example, coach team members and drive sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon and hold staff accountable.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory and assist with revenue control.
• Help manage staffing to balance productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day workweek with 35–45 hours weekly.
• Support the Salon Director in training and development initiatives.
