Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader for the Salon Director in Training role. You will drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to meet and exceed goals. The position emphasizes urgency, accountability, and a client-first experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leaderships skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
• Team building and delegation abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in delivering a client-centric experience and meeting sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Help control top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service while managing labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day workweek with approx. 35–45 hours weekly.
