Job summary

Sun Tan City - Dual Leverage Group is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example, and maintain an efficient, welcoming salon environment.

The role requires management or sales background, strong leadership, and a focus on coaching, training, and achieving productivity goals while balancing staffing and costs. Evening and weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate reports, manage inventory, and support salon director duties.
• Assist in controlling revenue and labor costs while maintaining staffing levels.
