Sun Tan City in Tennessee is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and maintain operational excellence. You will supervise tanning consultants to meet productivity goals and lead by example in all store operations.

The role requires management or sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coach and mentor a team. This is a pathway to store leadership with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, assist with Salon Director functions.
• Help control top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day weeks, 35–45 hours.
