CJ's Tire & Automotive in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Retail Management Trainee to support tire services, inspections, and customer-focused sales in a busy shop and showroom. This full-time role offers hands-on training, frontline customer interactions, and opportunities for growth.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude and reliability are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Onboard customers and explain services.
• Estimate service requests and timelines.
• Sell and promote all products and services to retail customers while maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist with additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications: Key Essential Responsibilities

• Performing tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance services following established processes and procedures.
• Answering phones
• Onboarding customers
• Estimating service requests
• Selling and promoting all products and services to retail customers, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Additional duties as requested by management

Experience / Education / Other Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have a valid drivers' license, acceptable driver history and access to reliable transportation
• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, handle prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., often repetitively
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
