Job summary

CJ's Tire and Auto in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Retail Management Trainee who will be cross trained to perform routine service functions in our shop and deliver exceptional service in our showroom.

Key responsibilities include tire services, oil changes, inspections, estimating service requests, answering phones, onboarding customers, and promoting all products to retail customers, while maintaining positive customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress.

Responsibilities
