Job summary

CJ's Tire & Auto in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Retail Management Trainee who will be cross-trained to perform routine service functions in our shop and deliver exceptional service to customers in our showroom.

You will gain hands-on experience in tire services, oil changes, battery installations, and multi-point inspections while learning sales and customer onboarding. Our family-owned shop offers paid training, a 5-day work week with Sundays off, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Have a valid driver's license, acceptable driver history and access to reliable transportation.
• Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and minor maintenance following established procedures.
• Answer phones.
• Onboard customers.
• Estimate service requests.
• Sell and promote all products and services to retail customers, maintaining positive customer relations.
• Additional duties as requested by management.

Experience / Education / Other Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, handle prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., often repetitively
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
