Job summary

CJ's Tire and Auto in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Retail Management Trainee who will be cross trained to perform routine service functions in our shop and deliver exceptional service to customers in our showroom.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections and minor maintenance, while also answering phones, onboarding customers, estimating service requests and promoting products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections and minor maintenance per established procedures.
• Answer phones and onboard customers.
• Estimate service requests and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Sell and promote all products and services to retail customers, maintaining positive relations.
• Additional duties as requested by management.
