CJ’s Auto Service is seeking a Retail Management Trainee to join our team and help deliver exceptional service in our showroom. The role involves performing tire services, oil changes, battery installations, multi-point inspections, and other maintenance tasks while providing friendly, professional customer care.

You will answer phones, onboard customers, estimate service requests, and promote all products and services to retail customers, maintaining strong customer relations.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage customer expectations.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical duties as needed.
