CVS Health is seeking a Retail Management Intern for a paid 10-week program in Napa, CA. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills, learn retail operations, and deliver a value-driven customer experience.

You will manage store activity such as merchandising and inventory, participate in staffing decisions, and complete a business project with leadership presentation. Degree enrollment and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory, and stocking.
• Support store operations during busy periods including evenings and weekends.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
