Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desirable majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Applicants must be able to work 35 hours per week across days, evenings, weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience is highly desired.
• Interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and customer interactions under Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Engage with customers and develop leadership skills through hands-on tasks.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during peak periods.
• Participate in a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Learn how operational and strategic decisions impact customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Collaborate with retail leaders to gain exposure to staffing and development initiatives.
