CVS Health offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for college students to gain real-world experience in leading a store, engaging customers, and learning operations. Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and staffing.
• Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations.
• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
