Job summary

CVS Health seeks a College Student for a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in California. You will lead a store team, interact with customers, and learn daily operations while working with Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business project, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to market travel experiences. Candidates should be enrolled in a degree program and available 35 hours/week across days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and stocking during peak periods.
