CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program in California, designed for current students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree. You will lead a retail team, engage with customers, and learn day-to-day store operations under managers and district leaders.

You will complete a business project and present recommendations to leadership, gaining hands-on experience in staffing, performance analysis, and store operations while working a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students expected to complete degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills and understand how decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking.
