Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid Retail Management Internship in the United States. As a Retail Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, interacting with customers, and learning store operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership. Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program with degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desired.
• Interested in pursuing a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a successful store and assist Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Motivate and manage a store team, analyze performance, and understand impact of decisions on customers and store results.
