CVS Health invites students to join a 10-week paid Retail Management Internship designed to develop leadership in a fast-paced store environment. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, completing a business-focused project and presenting findings to leadership.

During the program, you will gain hands-on experience in leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning operations from merchandising to inventory.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Preferred majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory, and stocking.
• Develop leadership skills through field exposure and store travel experiences.
