Job summary

CVS Health offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship where you will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging directly with customers, and learning the day-to-day operations of a successful store. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills and complete a business-focused project presented to leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors of interest include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Work 35 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends.
