CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship designed for college students aiming to gain hands-on leadership experience in a bustling retail environment.

You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, develop leadership skills, manage customer engagements, and participate in a real business project presented to leadership. Expect to learn store operations and contribute to customer satisfaction during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail, food service, hospitality, etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandising, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
• Participate in leadership development and travel to different markets
