CVS Health is seeking a Retail Management Intern in the United States for a 10-week paid internship focused on gaining hands-on experience in leading a retail team and learning store operations. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders, develop leadership skills, and complete a business-focused project to present to leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors: Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
• Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience leading a retail team and engaging directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day operations of a successful store alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and complete a business-focused project addressed to a real opportunity and present findings to leadership.
• Understand how operational and strategic decisions impact customer satisfaction and store results.
