Job summary

CVS Health is seeking motivated students for a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You will gain hands-on experience leading a retail team, engaging with customers, and learning daily store operations.

You’ll work with Store Managers and District Leaders, complete a business project, and present recommendations to leadership. You will develop leadership skills, analyze business performance, and understand how operational decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program with a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, food service or hospitality.
• Strong communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Aspiration to pursue a career in retail store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking, including evenings and weekends.
