CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship where you will lead a store team, interact with customers, and learn daily operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project, present findings to leadership, and gain exposure to market travel experiences, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Develop leadership skills and understand retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
