Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship for college students to gain hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with Store Managers and District Leaders to develop leadership skills, learn retail operations, and deliver a business-focused project for leadership review.

You will support customer engagement, merchandise handling, and inventory management while traveling to markets and gaining exposure to the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced work environment such as retail, food service, hospitality etc.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or managerial experience is highly desired.
• Must be interested in pursuing a career in retail store management

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
