Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program in Grapevine, TX. You’ll help lead a store team, engage with customers, and learn core retail operations while traveling to markets. You’ll also complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to senior leaders.

You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, inventory management, and store performance analysis, with onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for growth in a Fortune 6 healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers to develop leadership skills.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
