• Enrolled in an associate or bachelor degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Assist with merchandise handling, inventory management, and stocking during busy periods.
