Responsibilities

• Coach and train associates on shrink awareness and theft deterrence.
• Partner with Store and AP Leadership to identify theft trends and develop action plans.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure associates have resources to do the same.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment and monitor high‑risk areas.
• Monitor activity via surveillance and reports to detect theft, fraud, and policy violations.
• Conduct external theft apprehensions and interviews per laws and policy.
• Investigate criminal activity, maintain case files, and assist law enforcement.
• Assist in internal investigations and provide evidence when needed.
• Validate store security measures and respond to alarms and triggers.
• Provide feedback on audits and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Respond effectively to potentially violent situations and maintain safety.
