Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts.
• Compliance with applicable federal and state laws for security positions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for associates and customers.
• Provide visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor.
• Monitor for potential safety issues and address theft indicators as directed by leadership.
• Support Loss Prevention directives and initiatives.
• Train and educate associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Represent the company brand with professional appearance and behavior.
