Qualifications

One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
Active Security Guard License preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with the Store team.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Proven ability to effectively resolve conflict.
Must be able to comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations for security positions.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and secure store environment by monitoring entrances/exits and the sales floor.
Provide visible command presence and first-point greetings in company vest attire.
Assist Store Leadership in following Loss Prevention directives and reducing shortages.
Support the Ross brand through professional appearance and behavior.
Mitigate theft and prevent fraud by identifying suspicious activity and communicating with leadership.
Educate and train associates on shortage reduction and safety procedures.
