Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. seeks a dedicated Loss Prevention Specialist to deter theft and maintain a safe, secure environment at Store entrances and on the sales floor. This role greeting customers and monitoring activity supports a positive shopping experience while upholding company standards.

You will work with Store Leadership to enforce loss prevention directives and protect Ross's assets, following Code 50 policy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
• Provides visible command presence at store entrances/exits and on sales floor.
• Removes clutter and ensures safe egress to emergency exits.
• Provides excellent customer service and helps customers with questions.
• Supports Loss Prevention initiatives with store leadership.
