Ross Stores is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to ensure a safe and secure store environment. You will deter theft, greet customers, and support store leadership in Loss Prevention initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring entrances, maintaining security procedures, and upholding Ross brand standards while collaborating with team members to minimize shrink and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• One year retail supervisor experience or similar training preferred.
• One year loss prevention/security training preferred.
• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with the store team.
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and adhere to laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft.
• Monitor for safety issues and ensure a secure environment for associates and customers.
• Greet Customers, provide assistance, and uphold the Ross brand.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to follow Loss Prevention directives.
• Minimize operational shortage through adherence to procedures.
• Support training and recognition programs for associates.

Connaissances

High School education or equivalent

AA degree preferred

Retail supervisor experience

Loss prevention/security training

Active Security Guard License
