Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention professional to prevent and reduce loss due to bad debt, cash over/short and civil liabilities.

The role requires knowledge of company policies, adherence to laws, and upholding core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Key responsibilities include monitoring shrink, reporting incidents to the asset protection manager, and maintaining confidentiality while deterring theft and protecting customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or equivalent experience is required.
• Retail security and/or law enforcement background preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
