Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Associate to protect assets and reduce shrink across our stores. You will deter theft, manage confidential information, and enforce safety policies while upholding core values of respect, honesty and integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures and organizational structure.
• Retail security experience.
• Law enforcement experience (preferred).
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Detect, deter and/or detain external theft suspects.
• Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by initiating and encouraging actions to prevent theft.
• Monitor large shrink areas in stores.
• Report incidents to the asset protection manager.
• Provide credible court testimony when required.
