The role focuses on tracking shipments, updating portals, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills and is comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in logistics or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with customer portals is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule delivery appointments for major retail customers.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, internal transportation teams regarding shipments and delivery schedules.
• Request, confirm, and update delivery appointments through customer portals.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on late, delayed, refused, or rescheduled deliveries.
• Prepare and review appointment confirmations.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and provide customers with accurate ETAs.
• Resolve delivery issues, appointment conflicts, shortages, damages, and other customer concerns.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment and customer information in the internal system.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Escalate urgent transportation or customer issues to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain daily shipment reports, appointment schedules, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Follow up with carriers to ensure appointments are met and deliveries are completed.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and transportation partners.
• Support the logistics team with daily operational tasks.
