Qualifications

• Customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer proficiency for Microsoft Office and TMS.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manage load information including pickup and delivery times using logistics management software.
• Track and communicate the movements of drivers to shippers and receivers as per procedures.
• Direct and resolve inbound calls from drivers and carriers to obtain status updates for on-time delivery.
• Notify Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps of delays or issues when required.
• Validate all load data prior to delivery and address discrepancies.
• Document all communications with carriers and customers in the TMS logs.
• Identify load issues proactively and implement team-approved solutions.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned by management.
