Job summary

Worldwide Retail Solutions Inc. is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation and distribution activities. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and internal/external customers, and help ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with WMS systems and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with transportation, warehouse, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Determine the most cost-effective transportation method.
• Familiar with small parcels, LTL, TL, Air, and international shipping requirements.
• Submit routing requests to our customers assigned Logistics partner.
• Schedule pickups, monitor shipment status, and communicate delays or exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery records, and transportation data.
• Verify order, freight, and inventory information for accuracy.
• Process orders using our WMS system.
• Assist with resolving damaged, delayed, or missing shipments.
• Track logistics performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety and transportation requirements.
