Qualifications

• Experience in retail commercial lease administration and CAM reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures (percentage rent, CAM/recovery provisions).
• Advanced Yardi Voyager and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and enter leases, renewals, and amendments in Yardi Voyager.
• Monitor critical dates and lease provisions; process amendments and terminations.
• Support CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations and tenant inquiries.
