Job summary

6 Degrees Group is seeking a Lease Administrator II in Atlanta, GA to own lease review, abstraction, and Yardi entry in a retail-heavy portfolio. You will coordinate with CAM analysts and support reconciliations, reporting to the Controller of Lease Administration and Recoveries.

The role focuses on complex national and retail leases, with ownership of critical dates, billings, and lease data requests. This is a detail-oriented position requiring strong Yardi and Excel skills.

Qualifications

6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Lease Administrator II in Atlanta, GA.Our client is a well-established real estate private equity firm with a retail-focused portfolio of 100+ properties and a close-knit team based in Buckhead. There are two roles right between leasing and accounting, owning lease review, abstraction, and Yardi entry while also supporting the CAM and recovery side of the house. Youll report to the Controller of Lease Administration and Recoveries and work alongside a small team of lease admins and CAM analysts. Its a great fit for someone who loves the details of a complex retail lease and wants a role with real ownership and visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Review, abstract, and enter new leases, renewals, and amendments (including complex and national-tenant leases) in Yardi Voyager
• Monitor critical dates, track lease provisions like caps, gross-ups, and pro-rata shares, and process amendments, options, and terminations
• Handle monthly billings, billing adjustments, percentage rent, tenant escrows, and support annual CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations
• Respond to tenant ledger, estoppel, and audit requests, and support acquisitions and dispositions with lease and recovery data

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in retail commercial lease administration, CAM reconciliations, or real estate accounting
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures, including percentage rent, co-tenancy, exclusives, and CAM/recovery provisions
• Advanced Yardi Voyager and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large GL exports)
• Bachelors degree preferred; paralegal or legal document review experience is a plus
