Job summary

6 Degrees Group in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Lease Administrator II to own lease review, abstraction, and Yardi entry for a retail-focused portfolio of 100+ properties based in Buckhead.

You will report to the Controller of Lease Administration and Recoveries and collaborate with a small team of lease admins and CAM analysts on CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations, ensuring strong ownership and visibility over complex leases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail commercial lease administration, CAM reconciliations, or real estate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures, including CAM provisions.
• Advanced Yardi Voyager and Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large GL exports).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal or legal document review experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and enter new leases, renewals, and amendments in Yardi Voyager.
• Monitor critical dates, track lease provisions like caps, gross-ups, and pro-rata shares, and process amendments, options, and terminations.
• Handle monthly billings, billing adjustments, percentage rent, tenant escrows, and support annual CAM, real estate tax, and insurance reconciliations.
• Respond to tenant ledger, estoppel, and audit requests, and support acquisitions and dispositions with lease and recovery data.

Our client is a well-established real estate private equity firm with a retail-focused portfolio of 100+ properties and a close-knit team based in Buckhead. There are two roles right between leasing and accounting, owning lease review, abstraction, and Yardi entry while also supporting the CAM and recovery side of the house. You’ll report to the Controller of Lease Administration and Recoveries and work alongside a small team of lease admins and CAM analysts. It’s a great fit for someone who loves the details of a complex retail lease and wants a role with real ownership and visibility.
