Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is seeking an experienced Lease Operations Administrator to lead lease administration and CAM charge and pool setup for a growing portfolio. You will own accurate lease data from setup through CAM activities and help build scalable processes.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of lease administration or property accounting experience with strong CAM knowledge and the ability to supervise and mentor a team, including potential offshore oversight as the portfolio

Qualifications

3-5 years of lease administration or property accounting experience.
Strong CAM knowledge and CAM pool setup experience.
Experience supervising, training, or mentoring team members preferred; offshore teams a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and abstract commercial lease agreements and resolve ambiguous or non-standard terms.
Own CAM charge calculations and CAM pool setup; support reconciliations and true-ups.
Input and maintain lease data in Yardi; flag discrepancies before downstream issues.
Design, document, and improve lease administration workflows and SOPs.
Lead and mentor lease administration staff and onboard new hires.
