Qualifications

• 3-5 years in learning coordination or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with budgets, invoices, vendor management.
• Retail, luxury, hospitality or high-end service experience preferred.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) required.
• Ability to travel occasionally; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for retail learning programs and events.
• Administer learning activities in the LMS.
• Support budget administration and vendor onboarding.
• Develop leadership-ready presentations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Build relationships across Retail, HR, Finance, IT and vendors.
