Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction while leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role collaborates with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates and to uphold Buckle’s standards in operations, merchandising, and guest experiences. You will contribute to a high-energy store culture, manage daily tasks, and ensure excellent service across sales floors, fitting rooms,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high customer service standards.
• Train and motivate Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
• Support Store Manager in recruitment and development of Teammates.
• Maintain and update knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Foster a positive floor culture and teamwork.
